M.Tech Programs in Engineering – 2 Years / 4 Semesters
About
M.Tech is a two-year postgraduate engineering programme. Students receive exceptional technological education over the course of two years. The M.Tech degree sharpens a candidate’s abilities and qualifies him or her as an expert in a particular subject or field. Candidates must pass the entrance exams in order to be admitted into the M.Tech programme. Part-time and full-time M.Tech students are the two main categories. While the GATE exam serves as the primary basis for the majority of M.Tech admissions, some institutes also hold their own entrance examinations or interviews.
After earning a B.Tech, pursuing an M.Tech degree gives you plenty of time to learn the subject thoroughly and gain more control over it. The M.Tech degree improves one’s professional credentials and creates a strong social and professional network that one could use to land top jobs. As one gains more expertise in the field of technology, there are opportunities to transition into management positions.
Many different fields offer the M.Tech degree. The field of the candidate’s choice must be pursued for a period of two years, during which time the candidate must specialise in that field.
Only working professionals having minimum experience of 5 years in the relevant field can apply for admission.
